Anna Ekblom Consulting helps individuals and organizations master the psychology of communication. Through online courses, coaching, and lectures, we teach modern tools for emotional intelligence, social skills and relational impact.
Founded by Anna Ekblom, the company was built on the belief that great communication isn’t just about what you say — it’s about how you understand. Most of us were never taught how connection actually works. That’s why our methods combine insights from psychology and rhetoric with hands-on strategies you can apply immediately.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all tips. You’ll learn to identify your own social patterns, choose techniques that align with who you are, and gradually grow into a more confident, persuasive version of yourself, while remaining authentic and true to who you are.

Anna Ekblom is a leading expert in persuasive communication, known for blending science and strategy to help people connect, influence, and thrive. With a masters degree in psychology and an additional bachelors degree in rhetoric, she’s trained thousands of professionals across industries — from global companies to solo entrepreneurs.
After five years as a public speaker and partner at a top Scandinavian communication agency Snacka Snyggt, she founded her own company to make these tools more accessible — not just in boardrooms, but in everyday life. Today, she reaches a wide audience through digital courses, coaching, and daily insights on TikTok, where she shares practical tips on communication, confidence, and emotional intelligence in a way that's easy to understand and apply.

When I tell people what I do,
their first question is often...
"I started to ask around and I quickly realized that no one I knew had learned these techniques. How is that possible?, I thought."
"How old are you?" It’s a question I’ve heard more times than I can count. People see a young, blonde woman and assume I might not know much.
But in my 29 years, I’ve spent seven of them as a public speaker and coach, helping people improve their communication and emotional intelligence to build stronger relationships and truly connect with others.
It might seem like I’ve ended up exactly where I was meant to be. But the truth is, I never planned to work with psychology.
Growing up in Oslo, my plan was to study economics, just like my parents, and work in finance. But when I applied for the university in Sweden, I didn't get in. This was an obvious bump in the road on my grand plan so while figuring out my next move and creating a new plan, I signed up for a random course at the University. And without even knowing what it was, I started studying rhetoric.
That class changed everything.
I learned how to connect with people, speak with confidence, and negotiate. But what shocked me wasn’t just the techniques, but the fact that I had never heard of them before. How could something so powerful, something that gives people such an advantage, be so rarely taught?
From that moment, I knew I wanted to teach it. To share this knowledge with others.
At 22, I somehow landed a job at a public speaking agency in Stockholm. I was thrilled, but also terrified. I was a fresh out of uni, with no work (or life)-experience, and I was supposed to get CEOs twice my age to listen? It felt surreal!
But they did. Thanks to the techniques I had learned I knew how to curb my nervousness, build credibility despite my age, click with people I had nothing in common with and make my message clear and compelling. So they booked me again, and again.
And these techniques didn't just help me become a good public speaker, they also helped me become the top salesperson at my firm, partner after three years, and offered to take over as CEO at 26.
It was crazy and I loved it. But I felt like something was off.
I didn't just want to teach those who already were in high-power positions. I wanted to share these skills with those that wanted to get in those positions, those that wanted to grow, connect, and thrive. And I wanted to take a step out of the corporate rooms and talk about topics that truly matters - the difficult conversations in our personal life's.
So, I left to found my own company. And I'm thrilled that you are here and that you want to go on this journey with me!
